Here are the six key stages of our home building process:
1) Introduction & Client Brief
Once you reach out to us, the first step will be a friendly no-obligation meeting with one of our building professionals. This meeting will give us an opportunity to get to know each other and discuss your specific needs and wants for your new home so then we can best assist you.
We discuss your ideas and give our inputs as well as show you how our design and build process ensures that you always stay in control of your building journey with us. This meeting is also a good time for you to ask any questions you may have about the overall process, our company, and what to expect.
2) Concept Design
Once we have a good understanding of your wants and needs, our team will begin working on Concepts Design for you. This is where they take all of your requirements and turn them into a realistic home layout that meets all your requirements.
This is a very important stage of the process, as it will give you an idea of what your new home will look like and how it will function. You are welcome to provide feedback at this point so that we can tweak the designs until they are perfect for you.
Once you have given us the go-ahead, we will provide you with a detailed line-by-line Cost Plan so you know how much your new home is going to cost, before committing to full architectural and engineering drawings. As a professional builder, we match your design vision with practical building experience that can save you thousands of dollars.
3) Preliminary Building Agreement
Once you are happy with the Concept Design, we will proceed, add more detail, and our team of design consultants put together your construction-ready drawings.
With your approved concept design, we will be able to prepare a Preliminary Building Agreement for you. This agreement allows us to finalise all the construction documents required for full building approval.
Next, you’ll engage with our designers who’ll assist you in completing the selections of your finishes, fixtures, and fittings. Your construction costs are then updated and confirmed enabling us to present you with a true Fixed Price Quotation to build your home based on your final construction-ready drawings and inclusions.
4) Fixed Price Building Contract
On completion of your design documents and final selections we can then prepare a genuine Fixed Price Building Contract for you – no hidden cost, no grey areas – a signed promise to deliver your luxury custom home.
This is a very important document as it legally binds us to build your home according to the agreed specs and price. There is no “guestimation” or use of Provisional Sums (PSs) and Prime Costs (PCs).
At this stage, we’ve taken care of everything from your tile choices, joinery finishes, door handles, and beyond, so there are no unpleasant surprises or extra dollars to pay down the track. That’s our word to you, and we keep it every time.
5) Construction Begins
Now the fun part really starts! Once all your paperwork is in order and we have received a sign-off from the local council, the construction of your new home will begin.
We keep you updated every step of the way with regular progress reports, photos, and videos so you can see your dream home coming to life before your very eyes. We have an online project management system that you can access at any time, so you always know what’s happening on site.
We also conduct scheduled site meetings regularly with you to ensure nothing gets missed. Our job is to make sure you enjoy a seamless building process from start to finish.
After months of anticipation, your beautiful new home is finally ready for you to move in.
At this stage, we take care of everything from organising all relevant inspections, removal of site waste, final touch-ups, and even some champagne (or beer!) to celebrating with you on-site.
Finally, we handover you the keys to your brand new luxury home and wish you many happy years of living in it.

We want to ensure that you are completely happy with your new home, so we offer a Handover and Warranty period. As a testament to our quality and build, we offer a comprehensive 12-month warranty on all materials and workmanship.
